About Us

Sanford D. Jones started the notary business in 2020 with an office in downtown Las Vegas.  He is a 2nd generation notary whom he has learned from his mother who was a notary in the 1980's whom she served well in Los Angeles, California.

His training was self motivated and ambitious with learning from the best site for notary training Notary Stars to Watching YouTube videos only inspired Sanford to work with dedication and put forth efforts to handle general notary work that included affidavits, dmv, letters, pensions, insurance and many other documents.

Notably Sanford was trained in real estate documents during real estate boom and became a Notary Signing Agent through the NNA in 2021 and becoming a member of the Loan Signing System in 2022 mastering real estate signings.

During the pandemic in 2022, Sanford was approached by a production company to film as a reality TV show guest star for Mama June Road to Redemption Episode 21 where he played the notary on the show which aired in summer of 2023.

In the fall of 2023, Sanford became licensed, registered, and bonded Document Preparer and specialize in creation of documents for clients. As a document preparer, he makes Trusts, Wills, Power of Attorney, and Business agreements to Power of Attorney work. He has hired notaries to translate Spanish to English documents for Apostille documents and general notary work.

From the earliest months of 2024, Sanford wrote his first book titled "Set Up A Profitable, Sustaining Immigration Business " that sells on Tik Tok, Amazon, and his book is distributed in local libraries, and can be found on his website VegasDocumentService.com

He has invited and trained many people to become notaries from Florida to Caifornia  He has mentored many who have become successful under his leadership.
